We will schedule a virtual or personal meeting between legal parties and you, as well as the Operations Area of SILMÉXICO. This intro will be useful to solve questions and doubts.
After the intro with the legal and operations area, you will meet the bank and the notary representatives too. It could be in a virtual or a personal meeting. This will be useful for you to know all the parties involved in this process
Once you have no more doubts, we will provide you the bank information needed for your payments, either for notary and for SILMEXICO’s fees. All of them will be shared by e-mail and it could be in MXN pesos or in US Dollars.

Your payment allows us to move forward with this service as soon as possible.
Once you make your payments, we will share with you the checklist of documents and paperwork that is needed for this process, either to the notary and to the bank. As soon as you support us with this sharing, the sooner that we will proceed and advance with the trust process.
In addition to the last point, the shared documents will be checked and reviewed. In case that there is missed paperwork or any of it has a mistake, we will help you until everything gets perfectly done
In this step you will need to fill out forms in Spanish, this is one of the latest steps. Of course, during this step you will be having the support of our legal team, so this could be successfully done.
The Secretary of Foreign Affairs has a permission that you need to request. Taking in consideration that this is almost the end of this process, we will be backing you up in this. Normally this is one of the slowest steps, but in SILMEXICO we will push hard to make it faster and better.
